Support for Connect Products
If you require assistance with your system, our support department is always happy to help. For your convenience, we have also compiled a troubleshooting section to allow customers to fix issues on their own.
Contact options
Yanzi uses a ticketing system for all support matters. This enables both Yanzi and our customers to track progress on specific inquiries and also go back and trace how previous issues were solved etc.

If you need help with EcoPilot® or Styportalen contact those specialized supports.
To raise a ticket with support you can either
- Send an email to support@yanzinetworks.com, or
- Sign up at our support portal where you can also track and follow open tickets.
Please include the information below when contacting Yanzi support:
- Location ID.
- Device ID (starts with EUI64-) for all relevant devices.
- A detailed description of the problem.
